Order Processing & Payment:

  • All Reflections Cabinetry orders will be accepted Online Only.
  • Reflections Cabinetry reserves the right at any time to accept or decline a customers order for any reason; including lack of availability of products, failure by the customer to satisfy payment terms or when a product is quoted at an incorrect price due to typographical error (for example: in an advertisement) or error in pricing information. Reflections Cabinetry reserves the right to adjust or cancel quotations as required.
  • Buyer shall pay to Reflections Cabinetry any and all sales taxes, excises or other charges upon, or measured by the production, sale, transportation, delivery or use of the merchandise sold that Reflections Cabinetry is required by any national, state or local government to pay or collect.
  • Payment in full is required before an order will be processed.
  • Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card via PayPal.
  • Once the order is in process, no changes can be made. Additional items may be processed online as a new order.
  • All sales are final.
  • For same day shipping on unassembled orders, order must be entered before 9:00 a.m. eastern std. time ($300).
  • Reflections Cabinetry offers a design service according to the customer provided measurements. Our design service is free for one design only. Complex designs may incur a fee. Design changes made after customer has signed & approved the initial design will incur a “change request processing fee” of 10% of the total cabinet order cost. The Customer is responsible for final design & measurements. Reflections Cabinetry does not accept responsibility for the accuracy or the measurements used to design or any subsequent issues.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide correct measurements when using Reflections Cabinetry Design Services.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • All unassembled orders will be ready to ship or pick up within 5 – 7 business days. Assembled orders will require 14 – 21 business days.
  • All freight orders are packaged and placed on a pallet and shrink wrapped.

Shipping:

  • 2 – 4 day (2 – 5 day residential) standard transit time. Reflections Cabinetry has no control over shipping.
  • Shipping charges must be paid for when your order is placed online.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email the day after the order has shipped.
  • All destinations must be tractor trailer accessible.
  • For Residential Deliveries – the freight company will contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery (usually a 3-4 hour window).
  • Shipping charges cover one delivery attempt. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges for delivery failure due to customer circumstances.

Return Policy:

  • All products are sold as is, under final sales terms. Reflections Cabinetry is not responsible for installation or modification by the customer.

Warped Door Policy:

  • If you feel that you have a warped door, Reflections Cabinetry requires that you perform initial testing to determine the extent of the problem. Remove the door from the cabinet and remove all decorative surface knobs and hinges. Please place the door on a completely flat surface. If you observe a gap between the door and flat surface, measure the distance to determine the amount of warpage. A door must be warped at least ¼” before it can be considered for replacement (a photograph will be required). If the door is warped less than ¼”, the customer agrees to allow a complete heating and cooling cycle (summer to winter) to allow the door to reach moisture equilibrium.

Delivery:

  • The driver is only responsible for placing the pallet on the ground for residential deliveries with optional lift gate services.
  • Address classifications are based on city zoning. It is possible to have a commercial property in a residential area. In this case the delivery would be residential.
  • A responsible party must be present to inspect, inventory, and sign off on delivery.
  • If items are missing or visibly damaged, have the driver make a note on the bill of lading.
  • Do not reject damaged items. SEE SHIPPING POLICY

Reflections Cabinetry will not be held responsible for any labor costs incurred during the installation of any of its products. This includes, but is not limited to, items that may be flawed or have become damaged in transit.

Assembly and Modifications:

  • In addition to individual item assembly options, a limited number of modifications are available ON ASSEMBLED ITEMS ONLY, including:
  • Increased depth
  • Decreased depth
  • Finished interior
